Yesterday I received this same dress, same size, different color. I really wanted to keep it but it had an ink stain on it. These dresses are ok but they certainly don’t fit the same way. The pink one fits great but this white dress is smaller even though it’s also an XXL. China doesn’t understand American sizes so I suggest sizing up 1 or 2 sizes. The straps are a decent length but not adjustable so be prepared to do some sewing if they are too long. The smocked bodice is all the way around. It’s not a tight smocking like we are used to but it’s good. The material is a mid weight but sheer so get a slip if you don’t already own one. I can’t be upset with the dress even after all of the above! I bought it for one purpose and I believe it will work. I did order a lace/crochet kimono to wear over the dress so it will be fine to wear in this very hot weather. I didn’t want to bare my arms because at my age it just isn’t a pretty sight.Very cute but somewhat sheer just fyiJust like some of the other reviews, this dress has no lining and in White, it's totally transparent.Fabric was the cheap polyester, so definitely a no. Cute, not ideal, so it was returned.Formal and casual.This dress feels like a cheap bridesmaid’s dress. It also has a strange seam on the bottom layer of the dress. I wear a size 0 or 2 in strapless A-line dresses and the small was WAY too tight on this dress.Faithful size. It wears very well and with smooth movement when walking. It honestly fulfilled the expectation I had about the dress.Very nice dress, fits great, fit as expected, comfortable, light weight and lovely color.
